Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Production times for bespoke pre-orders are specified at time of purchase and starts the first business day after the purchase.

Our shipping providers are as follows:

For addresses within Australia;

Australia Post Express Service, delivers within 1-2 business days.

The cost for postage, payable at checkout, is $10. Orders over $150 will receive complimentary express shipping.

For addresses outside of Australia;

DHL Express Service, delivers within 1-3 business days.

The cost for postage with duties and taxes calculable and payable at checkout. Please note, duties and taxes are respective to your order value and destination country.

Remote area deliveries may incur a levy of $30 in host currency as imposed by the courier company.

Orders over $150 will receive complimentary express shipping.

An automated email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment’s journey.

Due to the high value of our pieces, our parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with photo ID.

Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as SALLY SKOUFIS cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such SALLY SKOUFIS will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

Returns

Products purchased from SALLY SKOUFIS online store may be returned for a credit in Australia if returned unworn, in saleable condition within 14 days of dispatch date. Some exclusions may apply. SALLY SKOUFIS does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase.

It is at the client’s expense to safely return piece(s) to SALLY SKOUFIS and their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by our customer service team.

SALLY SKOUFIS credits are issued once a return has been received and its condition assessed. SALLY SKOUFIS credits are valid for use at our online store at sallyskoufis.com; valid for a period of 3 months from date of issue.

SALLY SKOUFIS does not accept returns if products;

• are of a bespoke nature
• are earrings due to hygiene reasons
• are not returned in their original condition or packaging
• are returned outside of the specified return timeframe

SALLY SKOUFIS reserve the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, should any of the above occur.

We are unable to assist with any return enquiries for SALLY SKOUFIS product purchased from external stockists.

Products purchased during archive sale may not be returned unless deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Global Import Duty and Tax

For International shipments, duties and taxes are occasionally incurred based on location country. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping into. Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations.

SALLY SKOUFIS PTY LIMITED is not liable for any late deliveries caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies. If you default to settle the imposed taxes, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred to SALLYSKOUFIS.com back to you (A total of $30 will be deducted from the original payment amount for return shipping fee).

For Australian orders, GST is already included in the retail price.

Product Care

Sterling Silver Jewellery Care

1. Apply a small amount of silver jewellery cleaner to a soft cloth.
2. Gently rub the silver with the cloth several times.
3. Rinse the silver thoroughly in warm water.
4. Blot dry and shine your silver with our polishing cloth or mitts. This will remove the tarnish and restore shine.

Leather and Canvas Care

• To remove stains, use a mild solution of one part soap to 10 parts water. Apply gently with a wet white cloth and then fully rinse. Let air dry.
• To remove oil-based spots, use a dry white cloth to blot the area. The spot should quickly dissipate. Do not apply water to the spot.
• To remove other spots and spills, immediately blot the area with a clean, absorbent white cloth or sponge. If the stain persists, use plain lukewarm water to carefully clean the spot. Blot with a clean towel, then air dry.
• To clean patent leather or canvas, use a damp white cloth and a small amount of mild soap.
