Can I track my online order?
A shipping notification with tracking details and a tracking link will be sent via email after your order has been dispatched. You will receive multiple email acknowledgments if your order results in more than one shipment.
Will my SALLYSKOUFIS.com purchase arrive gift-wrapped?
All SALLYSKOUFIS.com purchases arrive in the signature Wax Sealed Black Box, tied with a ribbon. At the checkout process, you have the option of writing a gift message for each item in your order which will arrive with your gift package, enclosed in a card.

BESPOKE ORDERS & ENGRAVING
We’ve created a BESPOKE order process to honor our sustainable ethos, maintain exclusivity with small production and provide personalization and appreciate your support.
Product availability may vary between size and style. The hand production time frame will be displayed on the product page.
Select BESPOKE on the product page and enter your preferred size for rings to include an engraving option.
As our fine jewelry artisans meticulously hand make your selection, our Concierge team will keep you informed as your product progresses through production to delivery via email.
If your BESPOKE order is combined with an item ready to ship, we will split shipment and send separately with respective tracking information provided by email.
You may also wish to customize your select ring size and personalize it with engraving. If an item can be engraved, you will see the “Add Engraving” icon on the product page. This is located above the “Add to Bag” button and only applies to orders made BESPOKE in your custom size. BESPOKE & Personalized Engraving is only available through SALLYSKOUFIS.com.

All BESPOKE and personalized engraved orders for custom sizing cannot be canceled or changed due to the extensive production process.
