All bespoke orders for custom sizing cannot be cancelled or changed due to the extensive production process.
Full price articles are accepted for credit or exchange in Australia if returned unworn and in original condition within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on SALE items.
For purchases made between the 1st of December and the 10th of January, we extend the returns and exchanges range from 14 to 30 business days from date of purchase, provided all other return conditions are met.
