We’ve created a BESPOKE order process to honor our sustainable ethos, maintain exclusivity with small production and provide personalization and appreciate your support.

Product availability may vary between size and style. The hand production time frame will be displayed on the product page.

Select BESPOKE on the product page and enter your preferred size for rings to include an engraving option.

As our fine jewelry artisans meticulously hand make your selection, our Concierge team will keep you informed as your product progresses through production to delivery via email.

If your BESPOKE order is combined with an item ready to ship, we will split shipment and send separately with respective tracking information provided by email.

You may also wish to customize your select ring size and personalize it with engraving. If an item can be engraved, you will see the “Add Engraving” icon on the product page. This is located above the “Add to Bag” button and only applies to orders made BESPOKE in your custom size. BESPOKE & Personalized Engraving is only available through SALLYSKOUFIS.com.

Full price items are accepted for credit or exchange to non-exclusive pieces in the country where they were originally purchased, if returned in saleable condition within 20 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. A new order can be placed again via our website or calling Concierge on +614 8586 6886.

SALLYSKOUFIS.com does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase. It is at the client’s expense to safely return piece(s) to SALLY SKOUFIS.com and their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by our Concierge team. A credit code will be issued once a return has been received and its condition assessed. SALLY SKOUFIS PTY LIMITED credits are valid for use at our online store at SALLYSKOUFIS.com and valid for a period of six months from the date of issue. We are unable to assist with any return enquiries for SALLYSKOUFIS.com product purchased from external stockists. Products purchased during archive sale may not be returned unless deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Kindly refer to the size guide provided for pierced earring styles as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

Gift recipients will be entitled to an exchange credit only if accompanied by a receipt and provided all other return conditions are met.

You can request to return one or more items by filling out the online return form within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please note that your return/exchange or credit request will be processed within 21 business days of receipt and once approved. Some exchanges may take longer due to stock availability.

A credit code will be issued to the purchaser for an online purchase and valid for 6 months upon confirmation.

Returns must be made through our global stockist partners and are managed directly, bound by their individual store policies. Products purchased during archive sale may not be returned unless deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Applicable to international shipments, duties and taxes are occasionally incurred based on location.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping into.

Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations. SALLY SKOUFIS PTY LIMITED is not liable for any late deliveries caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies. If you default to settle the imposed taxes, we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred to SALLYSKOUFIS.com back to you (a total of $30 will be deducted from the original payment amount for return shipping fee). For Australian orders, GST is already included in the retail price.

Every hand-crafted SALLY SKOUFIS piece comes with our 6-month warranty on receipt of a valid proof of purchase and assessment approval. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults or material defects. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been proven by our jewellers to be faulty.

Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. This warranty does not cover loss, chain breakage, and general wear and tear. General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery, stone loss due to excessive movement, and therefore, is not covered by warranty.

Any repairs requested after the offered 6-month warranty period will incur a repair fee ($60) and return postage to be arranged by client. Repairs required after this date are considered a result of general wear and tear.

RETURN APPLICATION

Proof of purchase and an image for assessment is required prior to sending all warranty claims. You will receive a reply within 48 hours with return shipment information if approved.

To preserve the polish of your gold and silver jewelry, avoid exposure to household cleaning products and bleach. Keep them dry! Remove jewelry before showering, swimming or working with your hands.

1. Place your gold or silver jewelry into liquid jewelry cleaning solution.
2. After two minutes, remove your jewelry from the solution.
3. Gently clean behind the settings and in between crevices with a soft bristle brush to remove any debris.
4. Rinse and blot dry entirely. Use an optional gold or silver jewelry cloth to further polish.

To remove stains, oil-based spots and spills, follow the instructions below:

1. To remove stains, use a mild solution of one part soap to 10 parts water.
2. Apply gently with a wet white cloth and then fully rinse. Let air dry.
3. To remove oil-based spots, use a dry white cloth to blot the area. The spot should quickly dissipate. Do not apply water to the spot.
4. To remove other spots and spills, immediately blot the area with a clean, absorbent white cloth or sponge. If the stain persists, use plain lukewarm water to carefully clean the spot. Blot with a clean towel, then air dry.
