All national and international orders are gracefully fulfilled via Australian International Postal Services and delivered through trusted local carrier partners in your destination country. Each consignment is meticulously tracked, and third-party carrier links are provided for your assurance.

Upon dispatch, your parcel transitions into the care of the carrier and you. Delivery is then subject to the refined terms and conditions of the appointed postal service and local delivery partner.

Once dispatched, any inquiries regarding delivery must be directed to the relevant carrier using the tracking link we provide. We invite you to monitor your shipment's journey and liaise directly with them and customs.

All deliveries are carbon neutral, reflecting our commitment to harmony. International consignments are tracked and may require signature upon receipt, ensuring your precious items arrive securely.

Shipping timeframes may vary, influenced by carrier conditions, customs processing, and public holidays. Delivery estimates apply to in-stock items only. For bespoke pieces, you will receive personalized email updates on production and delivery timelines throughout the process.

Each piece is individually handcrafted, with lead times guided by its complexity:

• 5 Week Collection — refined craftsmanship with precise detailing
• 10-12 Week Collection — intricate, master-level creations requiring advanced stone sourcing and hand-finishing

Your estimated timeline is indicated on the product page. Bespoke pieces are secured via backorder, reserving your place within our atelier.

As your piece takes form, you will be guided along the journey via email, receiving regular updates that trace its evolution from raw material to final polish—an intimate dialogue between designer, craftsmanship, and intention.

Select Bespoke on the product page and provide your sizing to include our engraving service. Each detail becomes a quiet signature - an imprint of meaning unique to you.

Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched separately where applicable. Your bespoke creation will follow upon completion via secure, tracked delivery. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment.

Each bespoke and engraved piece is made exclusively for you and is therefore final. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for change of mind.

Each SALLY SKOUFIS™ creation is conceived with intention and crafted as an extension of the self. We invite you to select your piece with discernment, as true adornment is born from considered choice.

Full-price items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unworn
• In original condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Gifted pieces may also be returned for store credit upon presentation of valid proof of purchase and compliance with all return conditions.

All returns must be sent back to the country of original shipment for assessment, preserving the integrity of origin.

As each piece is selected with care and crafted to precise specification, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.

Once approved, store credit will be issued and remains valid for one month from the date of issue. Credit is redeemable exclusively at sallyskoufis.com.

For reasons of hygiene and craftsmanship integrity, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Earrings, ear cuffs, and pierced jewellery
• Archive and sale pieces (unless confirmed faulty upon receipt)

We recommend consulting our size guide prior to purchase to ensure appropriate selection.

Items purchased through authorised stockists are subject to their respective return policies. We are unable to process returns for purchases made outside sallyskoufis.com.

In the rare event your piece arrives with a fault, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Each case will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and may be repaired, replaced, or refunded where appropriate.

All returns must be authorised prior to dispatch. To initiate a return, please contact our Client Concierge at concierge@sallyskoufis.com with your order details and supporting imagery where relevant.

Approved returns will be directed to our Australian atelier. Full return instructions, including the return address, will be provided upon approval.

Each return is handled with the same intention and care with which the piece was created - considered, precise, and deeply respectful of its craftsmanship.

For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for all import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes levied by the country of delivery for orders shipped from Australia (excluding the USA, where import duty is prepaid by SALLY SKOUFIS PTY LIMITED).

Rates for duties and taxes vary by country according to local regulations. SALLY SKOUFIS PTY LIMITED is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or third-party delivery services.

If import duties or taxes are not paid, or if the item is returned without prior authority, we reserve the right to recover any additional costs incurred by SALLYSKOUFIS.com, including a return shipping administration fee of 20 (local currency), which will be deducted from the original payment. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), a credit voucher will be issued for the adjusted total, with any applicable deductions applied.

For Australian domestic orders, GST is already included in the retail price.

Each hand-crafted SALLY SKOUFIS™ piece is created with exceptional attention to detail and is accompanied by a six (6) month limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase and valid upon presentation of proof of purchase and successful assessment approval.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults and material defects only. Where a piece is confirmed as faulty following evaluation by our jewellers, we may, at our discretion, offer a repair or replacement.

Please note that general wear and tear resulting from normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. The warranty does not extend to loss of jewellery, chain breakage, tarnishing or fading of plated finishes, or stone loss caused by impact, movement, or wear.

Repairs requested outside the six-month warranty period are subject to a $60 service fee, in addition to return shipping arranged by the client. Such repairs are classified as general wear servicing and are assessed accordingly.

All claims must include valid proof of purchase and clear imagery of the piece to allow for initial evaluation.

Once submitted, our team will respond within 48 hours with further guidance and, where approved, full return shipping instructions.

Stain Removal Guidelines

• Oil-based stains: gently blot with a dry, clean white cloth. Do not use water.
• General stains/spills: blot immediately. If needed, lightly clean with plain lukewarm water, then blot dry and air dry.
• Mild cleaning solution: for persistent marks, use one part mild soap to ten parts water. Apply gently with a damp white cloth, rinse carefully, and air dry.
